• Plan and manage the selection of instruments required for controlling and monitoring plant performance.
• Supervise and advise construction team for installation, testing and commissioning of automation systems and equipment.
• Supervise & coordinate work activities of subordinates.
• General project coordination.

• B.E / Diploma in Instrumentation/ Electrical Engineering with 3 or more years experience in a variety of electrical and/or automation engineering positions.
• Should be able to work in a team and guide others.
• Good command over written and spoken English.
• Good skills at MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of control systems, process instrumentation, switchgear, transformers, cable routing and selection.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Inquiry generation from new customers / assigned segment.

• Order booking from new customers/ order follow-ups.

• Offer preparation and submission.

• Finding new business avenues. New market and business development.

• Handling service requirement and customer complaints.

• Will report directly to the director, marketing.

• Will have to travel occasionally (30 - 50%) all over India and should be open to site visit  .

• Degree in Marketing/ MBA with technical background.

• Min 3 yrs experience in technical sales and marketing.

• Technically sound with good marketing skills.  

• Good at communication in English with a polished personality and good presentation skills. 

• Customer networking and relationship building. 

• Should be able to interact with a wide variety of customers, suppliers and project engineers. 

• Exposure to electromechanical projects/ water and sewage treatment plants will be an added advantage.

• Should be able to handle high pressure and targets. 

Will consider candidates with lesser experience if they have good credentials and the right personality. Position will be initially based in Tathawade and later in MIDC Bhosari.
